INTRODUCTION :
Stress is a state of worry or mental tension causes by a difficult situation. stress is that particular system in a human body. which is work according to you what do you think what you react everything will create stress . Stress is about only thinking of a particular person whom does not react just thinking about in a mind.
Role of stress in our daily life :
If we talk about our daily life stress. It captures stress is not countable it just a thinking which we create of its own. “stress” is a thought which we store in our mind for a long time. It actually convert into stress and if we talk about every normal person in a single day create new thoughts and it create stress may be positive or if it is negative then it create new stress. Stress also effect our mental health and it cause health issues.

- Career related stress

Mentally, Emotionally, Physically :
If we talk about how stress is working mentally so there is a simple reason for that if any thoughts create in a mind it stay for a long time that disturbed us mentally and it create stress and affect physical health because if something is going on in our mind its good or bad it shown physically and emotionally both
- Career Related Stress : If we talk about student life stress so it would directly related with student career because in this scenario healthy competition between students and it create stress because some students set their own aims and goals and if they don’t achieve that then it cause stress in mind because they are thinking from past years that we achieve that and once we have not achieve then it affect sometimes and converted it in a stress.
- Work Related Stress: we discuss about the third one about the student life in which they face struggling period of their life which is related to the job . If student is started working once then it enter to the stage of working professional and it seems to be like more responsible towards their family and it also liable to fulfill their demands.

EXAHUSTION :
Stress is related with exhaustion why? Exhaustion is the the first stage of stress in our day to day life .Our time management is not proper and we didn’t give proper rest to our body and it create situation of stress. In present scenario life is too busy whole day engage with s multiple activities. This is one of the cause of exhaustion because physically human body need proper rest .
ANXIETY :
Second stage of stress is anxiety and it is the most important stage. if we go meaning of anxiety “feeling of worry” .If we go towards that meaning it start with worry and it create stress and there are so many reason behind that and we are unable to describe the cause of stress. we can control the anxiety but we can’t control the emotion feelings behind that.
SLEEPING DISORDERS :
Sleeping disorders is a common disease nowadays anyone know why? Yes everyone know sleeping disorders play a vital role in creating stress and there are multiple reason behind that but actually no one want to go in depth of sleeping disorder if we studied the reason of stress in depth it created by its own.
BURNOUT :
How we can connect stress or burnout there is a reason to connect both the words because burnout is a state of physical , mental and emotional exhaustion caused by excessive stress. Stress is a simple word but it effect whole human body and it’s just work like a slow poison.
DEPRESSION :
This is last stage of stress because depression also categorize in some stages because depression is a mental disorder but it is not possible to recognize symptoms of depression easily it take a long time. Depression belong to stress because if we see depression has many aspects we discuss above and if we observe symptoms early then we work accordingly.
Tips for stress management :
Here we share some tips of stress management these are :
- Manage our time and schedule.
- Take proper sleep daily of 6-7 hrs.
- Do meditation yoga or exercise to keep ourselves fit and calm.
- Avoid unnecessary thoughts and believe in yourself.
- Avoid overthinking .
- Once in a month go at a place which gives you a peace.
